THE REQUIREMENT
The client, a trailer body manufacturer, required insulated manufacturing space to raise production capacity to meet an increase in demand. The area not only had to be clean and dry but insulated to maintain decent working conditions for those inside, particularly during colder weather, in addition to being well lit.
OUR SOLUTION
We installed a 20m x 20m Roder H-line building, with 6.2m eave height and powered shutters, creating four distinct assembly bays, each lit with highly efficient LED lighting.
To ensure the best possible working conditions and lower running costs, the building was equipped not only with the H-line’s standard thermal roof, but 60mm thick insulated cladding to eaves. Lastly, a composite ground seal was included to eliminate water increase on what was an uneven base.
