All Roder modular industrial buildings, whether built as enclosed halls or open-sided canopies, come with snow loads that start at 85kg/m2 and wind loads meeting or exceeding 25 metres per second, allowing safe, secure construction anywhere in the UK and ensuring full compliance with EN1991 and EN13782 regulations.
Though typically built to last as a semi-permanent solution, all Roder industrial halls and canopies are designed to be not only easily and swiftly installed, but rapidly dismantled or extended, should the need arise, giving you the flexibility to re-locate or expand the space with the requirements of your business. The Roder S-line: swift, cost-effective storage

STANDARD FEATURES
All Roder industrial buildings have guttering included as standard, and a ground seal is provided to minimise water ingress at floor level where surface construction and terrain permit.

Our roofing and cladding materials conform to relevant fire regulations, whilst our personnel and industrial doors adhere to appropriate UK safety and security standards.

All our modular buildings are delivered with a pre-installation topographical survey and full installation included within the cost and come with a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects and a 5-year warranty on the installation itself.

OPTIONAL FEATURES
At Roder, we recognise that each client’s requirements are invariably slightly different. For that reason, our halls can also be specified with a range of options, including LED lighting, speed curtains and shutters, and multiple variations on roofing, cladding, and trim colours.
